Sorry, Now I am having a bigger problem:
The entire table breaks with [table id=1 responsive=”all” /]

I have tried [table id=1 responsive=”phone”/] and that did not work either. only the header showed, but the rest of the table disappeared.

I have installed the AVH plugin, however I don’t know how to create custom categories. Currently, my categories are alphabetized with parent and children relationships. The parent child category is displayed in the content section,however they are not grouped together on the sidebar. I want to group them by more general subjects with children subcategories….I’m using the Smart Ones theme. Where can I find simple instructions.
