Thanks for your help. In the end, I chose another Braintree plugin and it works like a charm. So the problem is something with WooCommerce Braintree. I’m just posting this in case someone else has a problem.

Add any product to the cart and then go to the checkout page. The credit card option is the one with the problem. Paypal works fine.

One more item, I shut off all plugins except WooCommerce and Braintree so I am fairly confident one of these is causing my problem?

Unfortunately this did not work. I added it to the additional css with no results. If you look at this page (for example), you will see the IKS menu on the left but no counts. Please advise.
