Update…I ended up re-creating my page without that code and now it’s working perfectly, so I don’t think my problem was related to everyone else’s in this thread.

I am having a similar problem, but in my case, it’s only my home page and I think it’s because of snippet of code that I just added. It’s just an iframe, but I started having the problem once I added that code. Is there any way to remove the code from the page? I can update everything on my site except this one page. I have even tried to remove that bit of code from the database, but I can’t find it there. Is there another way to get rid of code?

I am also having this error. I have many client’s websites that use this back up plugin. I have been very happy with it until recently. Now ALL of my client’s websites are not getting backed up because of the Job restarts errors mentioned above. I contacted my host and they said that the problem is because the back ups are hitting the resources maximum and I need to update to the next level of hosting. However, everything was fine until a couple of months ago. None of the client’s sites are any larger than they have been so I think somehow this plugin is suddenly using more resources. Can someone address this issue? I too have tried everything mentioned above to get my backups to work again. No luck with anything.

An even better option would be for my users to choose the donation level from my membership page and then be taken straight to the check out page. Here is the Membership page link: https://katyareatennis.org/membership/. Since they are already clicking on a membership level, they shouldn’t need to do anything else except to fill out the personal info and CC info on the check out page.

Is that possible or should I try a different plugin for that functionality?

OK. I feel like an idiot. I found the “get_sidebar” line still in my file. I don’t know what happened, but I have removed that line in the gallery and in the single gallery files. I must have removed it from a copy of the file or something. The file that I had open in my text editor did not have that line in it. So I closed everything down, restarted and re-opened the file and the “get_sidebar” line was there again. So I removed it again and now everything is working well. Thank you so much.

I am still waiting on some sort of resolution to my problem. The theme developer is willing to help me solve this issue, but needs to know what custom post type or what format is used for the creation of the individual gallery pages. My site is ready to go live (today, Sept 30 was our target rollout date) except for this one problem and my client is getting very frustrated with me that I can’t get this resolved for them. Please let me know if this is something that we can solve or not so that if I have to abandon this plugin and find something else, I can proceed with that. I really don’t want to do that because this plugin is perfect for my needs and has exactly the functionality my client wants.

Removing the <?php get_sidebar(); ?> code was the first thing I did (please see my first post from 2 weeks ago). It did not make any difference. The theme developer told me that if I can let him know what kind of custom post the individual galleries call, he can try to remove the sidebars for me. At least I think that’s what he means when he writes this: “if he says how to get layout option on those gallery then it will be fine. I can call that and change that.”

Can you help with that?

I am still struggling with this issue. The theme developer is telling me that he can’t solve the problem because he doesn’t know what kind of custom post the individual galleries use. He told me to just turn the sidebars off in the theme layout section, but I need sidebars on some of my other posts and turning sidebars off theme-wide is not a solution for me. Can you add a choice to allow users to select sidebar options on individual galleries like you have for the main gallery page?

I have an update. This is a theme issue. I am using another plugin for a photo gallery and I don’t want a sidebar on that plugin. So the theme developer told me to set the theme to no sidebars as the default setting. So I did that and that’s when the sidebars disappeared in your plugin. They also disappeared in the photo gallery plugin which was great. However, I need the sidebars in your plugin because that’s where my membership navigation is and members can’t navigate without the sidebar. Ugh…..

So, please disregard my last email. Thank you SO much for all of your time and your help. I will give your plugin 5 stars! I will go back to the theme developer with this one for a fix.

I’m sorry to bother you again. But, now my site is no longer displaying sidebars on any of the individual ads/add an add/manage your ads pages. I removed the single-advert.php file from my theme because it was causing the issue with the media library displaying instead of the individual ads.

Overnight, my sidebars that were working are now gone. Any suggestions?
I created a sidebar that is the default for posts not pages, and it was the one that was appearing on the individual ads. But no longer. Is this a theme issue or a plugin issue?

I will go with my workaround for now. The only problem that might come up is if I need to add another sidebar. Then I guess I’ll look into one of the options that you suggested. Thanks for your help.
