I’m not aware of any custom WC code. I was using a child theme for Divi. I deactivated it, and activated Divi itself. I did a cPanel file manager search, and there are no records found for woocommerce_get_weight

Do you have additional suggestions for me? I’d love to find the record and update it.

I deleted the individual zone, Warehouse pickup/local pickup, and added it to the US zone Shipping Charge Rate. I refreshed the cart, and POOF! There it was. I have the choice to pay for shipping, or pick it up.

If I deactivate either or both or the questionable plugins, the Local Pickup option still doesn’t appear.

Regarding conflicting apps. here are the restrictions listed for: WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments

None affect are affected by Local pickup.

Hi Saif,

IF a product has a shipping class enabled, it should override UPS shipping.

If it does NOT have a shipping class, then it should be shipped via UPS with the weight and dimensions provided.

Where did I find it? I didn’t. It’s just common sense, and how things should behave.

I have added the conditional shipping plugin, and it seems to have resolved the issue. Sadly, I shouldn’t have had to.

Thank you Owadud for your great tips. I was able to narrow down the “No shipping options found” issue as a plugin conflict.

I still can’t it to display $0 shipping cost, but am discussing with client to change to $1 shipping which will show to the customer.
