In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Evaluation CouponHi @gabrielfuentes,
Thank you for your reply. That’s certainly a possible solution, although it might be a little on the expensive side for that one feature we need…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Complimentary CouponHi Austin,
Apologies about the late reply. We did a test and as you said, if the the total is $0/£0 then WooCommerce doesn’t ask for payment details. This is perfect for sending out Complimentary Coupons.
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Password Reset/Edit Profile ProblemThank you for getting back to me so quickly.
Apologies. I had done all those steps, but now realise I hadn’t assigned ‘Admin Access Level’ to the Reset Password and Edit Profile pages.

Ah, I see what I did – I put in my child theme rather than the custom CSS. Apologies, my mistake but thank you again for your help.

Yes, it’s a Grouped Calendar and the problem only happens on the main calendar grid view. I’ve uploaded a screenshot showing the settings:

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Out of Memory ErrorHi Nick,
Just wondering if you’ve had a chance to look at this issue yet, we’re really keen to get our calendar/diary page up and running again. Thanks.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Out of Memory ErrorHi Nick,
I’ve gone through the troubleshooting tips and no change so it doesn’t appear to be a conflict with either the theme (Divi) or any of the plugins.
It just seems to be the full diary layout (Grouped Calendar/Grid) that’s causing the problem – although it’s preventing content below the calendar (calendar date listings) from rendering too. You’ll see on the homepage and footer that date listings are showing up without any problems.
Would be great if you have any further advice as the Diary section is a very important part of the website.

In reply to: Blank page problemLooks like the memory problems are not ready to go away quite yet!
I spoke to my hosting company and they raised the memory limit to 500MB, which I thought should be more than enough, but I’m still getting the memory error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 187957248) (tried to allocate 110863 bytes) in /home/sites/conwaytennis.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3020
I’m really not sure what to do next…
