Considering the optional nature of the plugin, this is really desired behavior. Sacrificing 1% of an audience using the pre-11 version of IE is worth maintaining clean and simple code.

We couldn’t reproduce the problem in any of our testing and production environments.
If the emails are not sent at all, please ensure WordPress mailing functionality works.

Also, Mistape uses abuse checks, so if you’ve sent more than 5 reports in 5 minutes while testing, Mistape would ignore reports from your IP for some time, which could be the reason of emails not being sent.

If Mistape indeed contains an error which is triggered in your environment, webserver’s PHP log could help to diagnose and fix it. If you have access, please send them to us: anna@deco.agency.

Yes, the issue had place indeed. Displaying logo honored that option, but saving logic was broken, and since default value is on, it wouldn’t change from admin page. We apologize for that. Fix is up, please update.

Try the updated version. It includes many fixes and a few new options.

Although we couldn’t reproduce the problem with Mistape 1.0.2 and WordPress 4.3.1, there is a chance that 1.0.4 will resolve the issue for you.
