Hi,
If you have only one GA4 property, locking the selection after saving is normal (since there isn’t a second property to switch to). Just make sure you enable Google Analytics 4 for tracking under the Tracking Code menu and you’re good to go.

@keengamer let me know if 5.9.4 fixes the issue.
Hi,
I’ve looked over the code and drove multiple tests and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Is it possible that on your setup one server would have a wrong time/date, like a month behind? I know it sounds strange but is the only thing I can think of to produce such a result.
I was on mobile and didn’t see the second chart, that’s certainly a bug, I’ll have a look.
Thanks again for the effort and patience I really missed that!
Ok, please let me know.
PS: Do you mean “wrong date” or “wrong data”, I keep looking at the ss with the chart and the date seems fine.
You can try, but last two versions were about some minor improvements. As you described it it seems like on previous versions for some reason the plugin’s caching system wasn’t working properly. The last X days graphs update only once a day and the today and yesterday graphs are updating hourly. For quota reasons that’s the normal behavior.
Actually that’s normal because on GA4 the processing time can expand over 24 hours, for details see: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/delayed-daily-stats/#post-16977266
Nothing on that timeframe can be considered accurate. 22 is missing because the current day isn’t included on last X days charts.
Okay, that means that it could be only a browser issue, a cache plugin or a hosting issue. For start, when it happens again try to use a different browser or same browser in Incognito/Private mode, this time without clearing the cache. If the issue remains try to disable the cache plugin (if any) and see how it goes. If none work then it’s a server cache issue or related.
I’ve tried to replicate it and wasn’t able to, so it must be one of above.
Hi,
Can you tell me what happens if you go to Analytics Insights -> General Settings, you clear the cache and go back to the dashboard? Does that refresh the chart data?
Hi and thanks for the feedback, I managed to replicate it, it will be fixed on next release.
Thanks again!
Hi,
Let’s check if I understood well the issue. On the frontend, using the icon from the admin bar a widget with stats is displayed, under that widget no matter which date you select the stats remain the same, namely for the last 30 days.
If this is correct, when you switch from last 30 days to last 7 days do you see a slim blue progressive bar, right above the stats chart, indicating that a new report is going to be loaded?
Hi,
Please check if there are any JavaScript errors on the frontend.

Well it’s easier to blame it on a plugin :).
