I just went through my Ultimate Member settings and haven’t added any custom fields for this email. I noticed the same issue on a second site I manage.

Update – I moved to a test server and a different installation. I turned off all plugins and went to the default theme. Any time, I date in the future the connection shows inactive.

I figured this out – it was an error on my part. I had a assigned a template to the page that was overriding the content.

Sorry, I forgot to update the post. The issue turned out to be a mixed-content error. I needed to add ‘https:” to the site URL in Settings > General.

I figured it out – sorry! I had to provide access to edit posts.
