I contacted them and am waiting on a response. In the meantime, I simply changed the student’s role from ‘student’ to ‘subscriber’ and now my students are able to access the assignments. I however still have other issues with the plugin.

I need to renew my subscription and take that 60% off offer so I can get upgrades and support. How can I go ahead and do that?

I used the shortcode to the assignment eventually and put it in the lesson page. The assignment is now showing in the lesson page but there is no link to enter or upload a solution. In other words it is as if the assignment is just a read-only when you use the shortcode, but when you don’t use the shortcode, only the admin can access the assignment.

Hmmm… what do you suggest then, short of me erasing my whole site and starting over? Is there any way for me to backup all the Namaste data and re-install? Please forgive if this is a silly question. I’m a little desperate at this point. Trying not to move to a different LMS, I am so used to this one.

Additionally, when I try to create a new lesson, the following error comes up for a couple seconds and then the lesson creation page do opens up:

I do not get an error. I literally get a blank page with nothing on it. I don’t even get the wordpress toolbar or anything. But if I try to create a new lesson, that page comes up so there is no problem creating a new lesson, just a new course.
