1. Select ‘Display only from hour?’ option to ‘No’ . It will display the the whole time range, example 08:00 – 09:00. Is this answers your question?
2. I did not get your question (I am able to do multiple booking from same client and older appointment is not getting cancel)? Can you explain little more.

I agree that it was inconsistent for some time due to mandatory updates for security vulnerabilities. But now it is up to date and working fine. Google Calendar has always been part of premium plugin.

Yes, Please delete existing plugin , download fresh from wordpress and upload, if it doesnot work then let me know theme you are using for your website. I need to check why style files are not including in the header.

I am extremely sorry for your bitter experience. I was really not able to get it why your site was so slow , where as plugin is running alright in many website. I can see that speed has improved a lot now. I have implemented detail page for coupon now. It was not available in earlier version. This is a notice and not an error , it will be taken care in next scheduled release. If you keep wp_debug false in wp_config file , this notice will not appear on your front end. You can refer: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

This pugin only Display coupons in attractive template. It doesn’t have redeeming features.

If it is a valid URL , coupon will redirect user to that page.
