to jonimueller, thanks for the good wishes, unless that was underhanded sarcasm. Yes the contrast is a bit much. This blog is for my own reference (you read that of course on the blog) and for employees and friends. In fact, yes my design firm IS booming. Relocating from Los Angeles to San Diego might be a test as far as income, but Fox 6 is moving to Fox 5, the CW is changing, and there’s TONS of stuff on the plate in TV land. Heck, I might even consider leaving freelance, but that would mean wearing pants and not being able to drink at work.
