correct, my layout/output looks different and there is no debug. I even checked several times to see if i did install the right program ??

according to the provided link, the Debug should be enabled at the following place:
“You can find the debug mode in the Layout/Output meta box of the ad edit screen.”
the layout/output menu is available, but no AD edit screen/metabox/…

Many thanks for the reply. As far as i know, in WordPress it is only possible to allow or disable comments. There is no option to do something with comenting to comments in Worpress. It is an option in the plugin.

So according to your answer, it seems i need to find a new plugin that is offering me the functionality i need.

Many thanks for the reply. When i disable(uncheck) the threaded comment, i cannot reply at all to a user. The can comment only. I want users only to be able to give a reply to the first comment only. Not to the reply of a comment because that is messing op the view at smartphones.

User A gives a comment
User B replies to that comment
User C replies directly to the comment of user B

It would be nice if User c cannot reply anymore to the reaction of user B
