I had a look at the site. Looks like its working.

Mostly such issue occur if the access to the file failed due to:
1. Cross domain issue. Files are serving from different domain and protocol. Remember https and http are also different so we suggest using https throughout.
2. The file is not accessible, please check if the link opens directly in the browser.

1. Size is not a limiter, but we recommend not to have big files since users can’t read all the pages and will hamper content targetting.

2. Yes one time fee only.

Make sure the link to pdf and site both are in same protocol..
either http or https.. Not mixed.

Modern browsers won’t allow such mixed content for PDFs..

We suggest defining a proper http to https redirect in .htaccess for better solution.
