The link is not working..

But mostly the issue is because the file is no available at the location..
Make sure the file exists by opening the link in new window..

And if the file is from another domain you will require CORS access. that is because modern browsers security policies don’t allow such cross domain file access..

Also make sure both site and file are in https or http.. not mixed.

You can use FTP and the use the link..
To access files from another domain you will require CORS access.. So unless you own that site too, it’s going to be difficult.

Make sure the PDF is optimized for web. 500MB is quite big size.

Hotspots are available only for Images..

So when you choose source type as images. and add images.. The you get a edit icon on hovering a image..
There click on “add hotspot”..

Also If you had purchased from codecanyon.. Code-canyon support is usually faster than WordPress forums.. I believe I have replied to your question in codecanyon too..

Older versions are not safe and not officially supported by PHP providers too..

Can you tell us know which smartphone you are having this issue..
iPhones don’t support full-screen API so there is a work around…

The sound is a single file that is used for all the pdfs.. it’s not possible to change unless updated through FTP
