How can we get these to show in the Media gallery?

*Note added:

I added the shortcode to the file attachments section and got this to work.

Now there are two things:

1. images are not showing in wp-admin dashboard “Media” area

2. when i put the shortcode for upload multiple images, this is not work?

On uploading it shows to the user it successfully uploaded. However, for the admin when i go to media it is showing no image and just a small vertical grey line (no image). When i go to edit the image and go to the URL of the image it is giving 404 error. I can send a screen shot if there is somewhere I can upload it to show you?

I only have a screen shot of the error. The images are not showing on my Media. It is only showing a small grey vertical line, where the image should be shown.
