does that mean I would no longer use your “really simple SSL” plug in ?

If I enable the “mix content fixer” then the site is perfect and fully secure but I have the problem from another thread that one of my pages has a table so big that the page won’t load because of inadequate memory.

If I disable the “mix content fixer” the page loads but I get the insecure image message.

So it’s back to the problem page. There is only one of them but it is quite important as my instagram account links to it.

sorry it was my fault I hadn’t removed the comments correctly. The error log is working now and this are the fatal messages. I assume the large tablepress table is taking up too much memory ? Assuming that can’t be fixed is there way of leaving that one without SsL ?

with chrome and edge i get a blank page but with Chrome I get the 500 internetal error message. Here is my php-config file, as you can see it is set for logging but nothing appears in the log

I contacted the host (inmotion) and they increased the memory to 512 MB but it made not difference. I tried deleted the last 3 rows of the table and then it started working.

I then enabled SSL on my site and everything is working except this table. If I change the table on the same page it works ok so it doesn’t like this big table.

I have been playing with it a lot and found a scenario which I expect will make some sense to you. I have nearly the same behaviour with chrome, firefox and my samsung internet browser. THe most important thing is if I logon to worpress admin open the table and save it (no need to make any changes) then it fixes the fault until the page is refreshed.

I go to the URL, the “Album” column works fine and is just a straight forward page link.
Both the “lyrics” and “play” columns don’t work. When I hover a line appears but it is not a clickable link.

I go back to the table and save it, refresh the browser and everything works fine.
I then refresh the browse and it no longer work.

In short, the act of opening the table and saving it seems to do something

Ok thanks. To be fare I didn’t give it much of a chance so I will go back and have a closer look. For my purpose I could probably get by changing the message every day.

yes sorry about that it is working now. Don’t know what happened there. I restarted chrome and it still wasn’t working but now it is. weird. Thanks for great little app.

funny thing is I got so fed up with it I deactivated it and have noticed no difference in speed
