In reply to: Image editor broken in 2.9Was having this problem to finnaly figured out what was causing the issue for me was blank lines inbetween php stanzas, what I had to do was delete all blank lines between php script tags or just combine the blocks of code.
was having this same problem, then I tried on a different browser and no error, so I tried clearing out the recent history in Firefox and that seemed to fix it
is_single() returns true if any single post is being displayed is_singular() returns true when any page, attachment, or single post is being displayed. I figured this out from searching the codex and a little of my own testing.

In reply to: WP-OpenId not working with myopenid.comI was actually able to sole this problem a moment ago, maybe it’s due to the way the plugin is written but in your wordpress settings your blog address has to be the same as your wordpress address so if your blog address is https://blog.myblog.com your wordpress address cant be https://myblog.com/wordpress , likewise if your wordpress address is https://blog.myblog.com your blog address cant be https://someplaceelse.com

In reply to: Install on subdomainI set the wordpres address to mydomain.com/wordpress and the blog address to wordpress.mydomain.com, then installed Disable Canonical URL Redirection Plugin to stop the redirect loop i was getting, then masked the sub domain so the browser address bar displays the subdomain instead of the directory, I still can’t get “pretty” permalinks to work but I guess thats a diffrent issue :-S

In reply to: after upgrade: domain redirect causing endless loopI had a problem with redirects to, using wordpress 2.6 with a godaddy subdomain, thanks for the plugin Otto, it’s not as pretty as I would like but it’s the only working solution I’ve found so far which allows me to use my subdomain as the blog address without creating a redirect loop.
Out of curiosity does anyone know the option_name ArakonKaizen was refering to?

In reply to: URL Redirection from subdomain to category with MaskingThere should be a masking option for your subdomain in the options provided by your service provider.

In reply to: Install on subdomainAfter unmasking my subdomain and changing the blog address to wordpress.mydomain.com, while leaving the wordpress address as mydomain.com/wordpress, I noticed that the permalinks did take on the correct format with the subdomain, however when I type my subdoamin into the browser address bar it gets redirected to mydomain.com/wordpress/wordpress I’m not sure whats causing the extra “/wordpress” to be added.

In reply to: Problems with subdomains and WP 2.6I think I’m having a similar problem.
- I have a subdomain wordpress.mysite.com which is mapped to mysite.com/wordpress
- wordpress works fine with the blog address and wrodpress address set to mysite.com/wordpress
- when I change those two addresses to wordpress.mysite.com wordpress breaks
what could be the problem?

In reply to: Install on subdomainWould the issue be permalinks if the main index page isn’t even showing up?
