Sorry to hear of the problem you’re having,

I’ve tested it on my test site & it’s working fine for me.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except WP Megamenu & Elementor plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Maybe you forgot to add the addon Class name into addons_kit_available() function.
1. The class names are must be the same.
2. get_name(), get_title(), get_icon() and get_settings() are mandatory function.

You have to make a carousel widget or Shortcode, then you will find the carousel widget in the Megamenu widget list. If you don’t know how to make an carousel widget, there are lots of wordpress carousel widget plugins in wordpress directory.

Quick Fix: Now you can add this css code at the bottom of your style.css file. It will solve your issue:
