@carolyn: I contacted the hosting provider with your above request. After testing and trying different scenarios, they opened a ticket for this issue. I will keep you posted when I received info. Thanks!

Hello!

I am having the same problem in updating the Jetpack plugin for version 3.1.1. The operation timed out after 300000 milliseconds. I would appreciate any help on this issue.

I tried the free version today and had no problems. It is exactly what I wanted for my site. I don’t know if the problems others wrote about have been fixed, but I am thoroughly pleased with Smart Slider 2. If I had to pay for it, I would because to create this from scratch would be a humongous project. The only issue I see is with IE where the slides do not automatically change and I presume it is the browser, not the plugin. I did not have a need to contact customer service so I am just giving a big THANK YOU! to all those involved with creating this plugin and giving support. You can see my site at rightdivisiontoo.com

I did not set the menu as the primary one.

Addendum: I forgot to mentioned the sub-menu items under the About Us (The Team, Contributors, and Privacy Policy) are displaying inline with the other tabs names. Thank you!
