In reply to: [Social Toolbar] Paid Pro Version is now useless…Contact made via the above link several hours ago. Email has not changed since the original purchase.
Regarding your comments about causing my own problems regarding the new plugin. I had to reinstall/redownload my site and plugins, it wasn’t a decision of choice. You should make mention of the old pro version with your plugin information for those that need to re-download the old version for whatever reason. Having no information about it on your site makes it unnecessarily difficult for your users.
Please provide a download URL if you are still experiencing issues sending it via email. I am sure I would not be the only paid PRO user that would find this useful.

In reply to: [Social Toolbar] Paid Pro Version is now useless…This version is the only one accessible since they remodelled the plugin, making the pro version inaccessible to those that paid under the old pricing model.
I have taken the issue up with the developer through several means but no response has been forthcoming. This is in fact the same plugin, the pro features are visible but not accessible until you authenticate. But only if you are recognised under their new website authentication system as a pro user are the additional features unlocked.

In reply to: [WP Post to PDF Enhanced] PDF has no contentHi There,
Thanks for such a quick response. I do have NextGen running so that’s no doubt the cause. I’ll look for an alternative for the time being. Thanks again.

In reply to: [Fruitful] Size of Slider & Video ClipsUval,
The Fruitful slider doesn’t have an option to change the display size of your images. Regardless of the size of your images, the slider will display them at 940px X 520px. If your images are smaller than this they are going to be made larger in order to fit the slider settings and will therefore be pixelated. For best results upload images at 940×520. Alternatively, don’t use the slider and just insert a static image if you find it too big.

In reply to: Images Upload but won't displayThanks for the input guys. I spoke with Hostgator support overnight and was an issue with the rewrite rules in the .htaccess file.
+1 to Hostgator support. They were helpful and when they fixed it actually told me what they did instead of the often experienced result of having it fixed but not really being told what was wrong.
