I found the issue. The webshop is connected through cloudflare and some DNS records (AAAA) were not present. This caused the reading through the revert server. Since I updated these records, the notification is gone. All good now.

This 46. IP is from the Host. So I think it is a reversed IP check. I have forwarded this information to the host. Wondering what they will say.

Okay, I receive this:

gethostbyname() returned 46.21.171.230 in blacklist check of 32.42.247.37.zen.spamhaus.org - this means that Spamhaus ZEN has listed this IP in a Blacklist

Yes, no problem. Current php version is 7.4. I am able to upgrade to 8.1, if needed.

I purchased the pro version yesterday and I need to install it. But to answer your question, all subshops are sending the email from their own domain/environment. When the status changes it updates the status on the main site where it has been imported. All subshops work like this, it’s just not working for the subshop2.com shops.

I have come to new insights, this is our multistore structure

main domain: example.com
subshop1: subshop1.example.com
subshop2: subshop2.com

Main domain and subshop1 are working good. Only the subshop2.com is not doing anything. I suspect that this plugin is not dealing with full domains as a subsite. Is this correct?

I need to hook in here, as I have a similar problem. After deactivating and removing the plugin it looks in the database for wp_remove_menu_admin_profiles which does not exist. It creates a flood of database errors. Could you share to me where you save the plugin options in the wp_options database? So I manually remove them there.

Yes, https://woomultistore.com/ it syncs products (stock, pricing, etc) and it has the option to show all orders in one screen.

It works when I manually select them to generate a pdf, just the automatic after status completed is not working (for the injected ones). But this is a shop with many orders, so manually is not desirable.

I do now a test with deactivating the pdf plugin on all subsites and only activated on the main site. Perhaps this helps.

I think to know what is going on. We have a multisite environment with around 20 shops. We load all orders into one environment (main site) and there we create labels etc.

When an order is coming from the main site (site_id = 1) the plugin creates an auto invoice. But if it’s an injected order coming from a subshop it doesn’t seem to do anything. This is a little strange, because all other plugins (Mollie, DHL) seem to cope with this.

Please let me know, before we buy pro version, if this is something the plugin should be able to support.

Sorry for the delay. I am not sure what is going on and where it goes wrong. DHL is not cause.

We also need credit notas, so I will purchase the pro version and I will continue this ticket when we have purchased it.
