If it helps regarding tests, I am using the most recent version of WordPress, alongside Elementor Pro and the Neve theme. Security wise, Really Simple SSL and Wordfence are active (altho the latter didn’t register any blocks in its traffic).

I’ve been testing ways to replicate the issue so I could tell you of any error or warning that isn’t usual, but I was unable to reproduce it on a fresh PC and on mobile as well (to check if it was a network situation). Both times I was able to save the newsletter on his account.

However, my client still has this problem, whether it’s a different device or network. No difference with Wordfence active or not and no log of traffic or blocks regarding his attempts at saving the newsletter in the plugin and the server firewall. The error_log and debug_log are empty of any possible hint towards the problem. Also suspected it could’ve been the ram allocated not being enough, but this just proved otherwise, or even a Microsoft Edge problem, but to no avail.

On the side of the client, we’ve done the usual troubleshooters: restart PC, restart network adapter, different browser, different account, anything under the “usual quick helps” list. Link to image with error

Admin side doesn’t work aside from exclusively my PC (possibly caching reasons). Despite that, we shut mod_security down and the client still couldn’t save the newsletter.

Can’t edit my reply for some reason, so I want to add this:

I’ve imported and formatted the CSV files to what both plugins ask for without success (despite getting a successful message). Did everything as you told me, so I find this weird. I assume the cars should show up when I search for them in the YMM restriction box in the product edit page?

If it happens only for certain makes then maybe those makes are liked to products that were deleted or disabled.

Unfortunately, it happens with all brands that were added. No products have been deleted which makes it even weirder that it’s happening, as they properly show results when a category is selected.

Looking at the screenshots, it seems that the information is shown on the product page. However, what if I want to show that in the search results page? In my situation with the wind-wipers, a car will only have 2 options (front and back if applicable) of products it’s compatible with.

If needed, I can share backoffice access to the website through email so you can test any solutions.

Found out that the plugin is conflicting with portugal-states-distritos-for-woocommerce, possibly due to how they added the districts to Woocommerce. Should I also report this conflict to them?

It’s unfortunate that I can’t replicate what was blocking the request anymore, since I can’t give an exact answer now. Since the request involves the page data (which contains the various elements and style options), the best option might be /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ux_builder_save or /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ux_builder_save&* to encompass any follow up parameters.

Since it was being blocked even with IP whitelist, I’m thinking if the security parameter sending the wrong data can lead to a request block no matter what.

I made wordfence log all my traffic and it didn’t register any attempts at POST requests. I expected that it would, since your suggestion is what the SeedProd plugin devs have said (and even included in their builder), but I was left puzzled by Flatsome not being registered in the same way.

Another thing I forgot to mention was that I have tried to add the admin-ajax.php request to the URL whitelist, adding the action parameter sent by the Flatsome builder in the request payload, however it still didn’t work. Is that even possible?

Finally, I tried updating the page again to confirm the error was happening and to see if there could be more information worth sharing, but it updated, which confuses me even more. I deleted a CSS optimization plugin early today, but I tested with it active and no errors occurred. I also doubt that it’s because of Cloudflare being associated, right?

I considered that and tested it before asking here. since the media library works as usual, i assumed it was from the plugin. but if it can’t handle the uploading, i’ll take that as the answer. thanks for the clarification.
