In our paid plans https://www.trustindex.io/prices/ review download fully automated. It downloads the reviews each day.

I have checked your settings. Your widget refresh rate was set to weekly that means it will refresh each week, due you can not see the new reviews. I have set it to daily and refreshed your widget.

You can edit the widget’s refresh rate in the widget configurator >>> click More settings >>> Search for Refresh rate and set it to daily >>> save your widget.
