When that happens, it’s usually because of your theme. Typically, our plugin has the power to alter prices based on the customer meeting preset conditions but it isn’t directly responsible for product badges.

On what basis is the Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugin “useless”? Because it doesn’t meet your own (not the general public’s) requirement at zero cost to you?

It seems that you’re upset because our hard work cannot solve your problems for free. And one can only wonder why you didn’t just uninstall the plugin and move on.

It’s unfortunate that the free version of our plugin doesn’t seem to meet your requirement. However, we have outlined the features and differences of/between the FREE and the PRO version of the Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugin on the plugin’s description tab.

If you read the segment below the “links” of the plugin’s details we used 162 words to differentiate between the FREE and the PRO versions of the plugin. You, apparently, missed the information.

It is truly unfair that you rated down a product on the basis that the manufacturers didn’t provide accurate information on what products are FREE or PRICED when, in fact, you somehow missed the details that the manufacturer has provided.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving our plugin a chance. It is unfortunate that the free version of the plugin couldn’t meet your requirement. We outlined the features and differences of/between the FREE and the PRO version of the Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce plugin on the plugin’s description tab. It is unfortunate that you seemingly missed that information and I’m sorry that valuable time was wasted as you discovered this key information yourself upon trial.

Considering the above information, we think that it is unfair that you rated our product 1-star and have publicly held us responsible for not providing accurate product information that we indeed have provided but you missed.

Conclusively, we believe that deciding what product features are free or priced remains the exclusive right of the product manufacturer who put in the effort to create a solution. And it is a shame that you rated down our product because you felt entitled to having our product meet your requirement at zero cost to you.

Do you mind showing us a screenshot of the configured discount? This issue probably exists because of 1 of 2 reasons:

1. The discount was not set up adequately.
2. There’s a conflicting theme/plugin within your WordPress Environment.
