About the notification on the update, that’s a little strange because we did send out a circular.
As for the support you earlier requested, thank you for the feedback. I see where the issue must have come from now. We have since moved our support platform from both Zendesk and Freshdesk. Those emails you referenced are connected to the aforementioned platforms and that explains why we weren’t able to receive your support request. I apologize for that.
The best way to contact our support is to fill out this form directly on the product’s website.

I’m so sorry about that. Could you please reference the email you used in sending the email to us? I’d look through our system to investigate what really happened there.
The latest version of the Ouidah Product Designer plugin is version 7.7.1 which definitely explains why you see the dashboard notification from the plugin about an update.
I could guide you on how to update your plugin to the latest version (provided you have a valid license) if that’s okay.

However, I’m afraid your claims about our custom text feature gets hidden under the product image is not true. To prove that, I have attached a short clip from one of our live demos. Here’s a link.
Bugs are very much normal. They exist in most of the products we count on the most. We do have some, admittedly. And we do our best to squash them so that our products can deliver real business results. What we do not do, however, is steal, manipulate or lie.

1. Yes, you totally can use it to allow users to form a shopping group and get a discount. Specifically, there are 2 ways you could do this with our plugin (PRO version).
Firstly, you could use the “User role” condition. This allows you to set up a discount specifically for specific users.
Secondly, you could use the Groups plugin to segment some of your customers (e.g Retailers, Wholesalers, etc) and then set up discounts for the desired groups.
2. Yes, that’s possible. Our plugin is fully compatible with Loco Translate plugin. You could use Loco translate to edit each string in the plugin to show your desired language. Here is a quick guide: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners.
After installation, Go to Loco translate > Plugins and choose our plugin.
3. Not sure if you meant to ask this as a question, so could you please provide some more context? I’m certain I could assist in helping you make the right decision.

I am sorry that you didn’t receive the service that you expected. The issue your partner (Derek) lodged with us was indeed an issue that was particular to your WordPress environment and in all honesty, would have required a very minor fix.
Like most SaaS companies, we have a refund policy that holds us and our customers accountable when cases like this occur and in your case, to be honest, you didn’t fully meet the criteria, Jerina. Apart from the 16 days clause (which you clearly meet), the refund policy also states that you give us an opportunity to resolve the issue and should we be unable to provide you with a solution, we would grant you a full refund.
Knowing that the complaint your partner, Derek, lodged with us was particular to your WordPress environment, we politely requested (and at different times) that you provide us access to your staging site so we could attempt to fix the issue but never got the chance. We also went ahead to assure you that you’d be fully refunded should we be unable to fix the issue in a bid to let you know that we’re not bound or determined to turn your refund request down.
We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail and speedy customer support. We regret that the situation came to this. I want you to know, Jerina, that should you change your mind about our plugin, we would happily work the solution for you, in record time.
