None of the sites are behind Cloudflare.
Okay, I’ll test and try to report back since this problem seems to happen mostly randomly. I saw some IPv6 addresses but none were trying to access the client’s username or email address.
Hi @qriouslad , I will test v7.7 as soon as possible. In the meantime I reviewed the logs for that site where the client was already logged in and then found himself blocked, and found an interesting thing.
I have checked about 40 IP addresses that were logged and they were all from outside the country. Some IPs had a lot of block attempts such as 62, 91, etc. Most of them were from VPS providers (of course).
Did that, the log said that the code was 6401, that was the same code I got in the email. Still says it’s incorrect.
By the way, it would be nice if the OTP option could extend to the /wp-admin page as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variations are being displayed in a single dropdown@doublezed2 I think he’s referring to a specific game like No More Rainbows in which you have to select the number of players and if it’s a default game or a co-op game.
But just like I suspected, it is an issue caused by a different plugin and not Woocommerce itself. I haven’t visited the site before but have now, and it is using the Booked plugin. Those dropdowns come from Booked and not from Woocommerce, and Booked is grouping multiple attributes into one dropdown.
Also, I have read about Booked before, that plugin got discontinued and replace by another called QuickCal: https://quickcal.co/
@illusiontechdamini You can keep using Booked for now, but by using a discontinued plugin you may encounter compatibility or security issues in the future. In any case, the issue is that the plugin seems to not be able to show more than two dropdowns. And since Booked isn’t developed anymore, I believe you would have to migrate to QuickCal and then ask their developers for support on this issue, however they may simply state that QuickCal does not support more than two dropdowns, at which point there may be no readily-available solution for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variations are being displayed in a single dropdownBy default Woocommerce uses separate dropdowns for each attribute in a variable product.
Perhaps you are using a theme or plugin that changes the variation selector and it is implementing one dropdown instead of multiple ones?
For example, the Variations Radio Buttons plugin by WPClever allows you to choose between several variation chooser styles, but their plugin combines multiple attributes in a single list or dropdown.
Hi @janilyn409 , I understand your points. Removing the bulk actions and the item from the screen options tab should help with questions about these non-functioning features.
In any case thanks for one more great product!

In reply to: [MailerLite - WooCommerce integration] Plugin is not syncing customersHello @mailerlite , I’ll contact you via the link to see if we can fix this.
But as for the opt-in situation I will leave a feedback. The AutomateWoo plugin has a switch where the shop owner can choose between “opt in” and “opt out” modes. In opt in mode, AutomateWoo stores a list of authorizations and only sends emails to people that explicitly set their preference to receive marketing emails during checkout.
In opt out mode, AutomateWoo changes to use a block list instead, and sends emails to everyone except those that explicitly asked not to be mailed.
Both the shop owner and the customer can change their mailing preferences via the dashboard or My account respectively. And AutomateWoo also has a batch feature where you can add everyone to the authorization or block lists if you ever need to.
That’s fine! Keep up the great work!
Hi @qriouslad . I do keep the Tools menu disabled, along with some other things, for security and protection. And ASE is the first one that I found (and that I use – however I’m only testing ASE for now) that places its settings in the Tools menu. All the others place their settings in their own submenu or under Settings. I actually don’t use the Tools menu when doing maintenance work.
No big deal though, it was just an observation.
Also, Back In Stock’s documentation does not mention anything about caching at all.

In reply to: [Asaas Gateway for WooCommerce] Erro fatal ao finalizar pedido com pixEu continuo achando que é simplesmente o plugin gravando algo incorreto no pedido e travando o Woocommerce, e daí o truque do WP CLI resolve/limpa/sei lá.
