I hope you managed to reach out to us on email([email protected]) where the replies are faster and the issue resolved. Replying for future reference: The “Error, unable to send payment request” error is usually caused by invalid Daraja key/secret configured(consumer key, consumer secret) or pass key. This could also happen when you have configured a Sandbox endpoint but using Production credentials or vice versa.

Replying for future reference: The “PAYMENT REQUEST FAILED” error is usually caused by having plugin settings that are not valid, when you migrated the site, the plugin settings could have been lost and needed to be filled again.

Replying for future reference: The “PAYMENT REQUEST FAILED” error is usually caused by having plugin settings that are not valid, especially on the Paybill/Till number field on the plugin settings.

The process for getting a letter from the bank will involve writing a letter addressed to the Bank indicating that you would like to link the Till number with your bank account number. When you take the letter to the bank, they will stamp it and then you can send it to Safaricom. The bank can advise on the process for getting a cancelled check.
