Multistep je sucastou temy Xstore od 8theme, ktoru pouzivam. Zbieranie IP adresy je samozrejme sporne, pokial nie je osetrene a predovsetkym u sukromnych zakaznikov. Avsak u firiem je mozne (a nariadeniami EU VAT regulacie vyzadovane) za urcitych podmienok overovat IP adresu za ucelom zamedzenia podvodu pri odpocte DPH.

Aj tvorca pluginu to uvadza v popise. Je nutne preverit minimalne dva nesporne zaznamy pred odpoctom DPH – napr. IP adresa v rovnakej krajine ako VAT ID a zadanie spravnej adresy registracie firmy.

A minimalne IP rozdielne od krajiny registracie firmy moze spustit dodatocnu validaciu a self-certification, ktora je v niektorych krajinach EU povinna (napr. dodatocne checkboxy).

Nasledne vidi admin webu v detaile objednavky takzvane Consultation Number ako na screenshote. Toto moze byt pouzite v pripade danovej kontroly pouzite ako dokaz, ze prevadzkovatel v momente objednavky spravil co bolo v jeho technickych moznostiach, aby overil spravnost VAT ID predtym, ako odpocital DPH

mate pravdu, moj kosik ma multistep. Problem nastava presne v tom, ze v prvom kroku je predvolena krajina Slovensko (domovska krajina eshopu). Preto zakaznik ak najskor zmeni krajinu a potom zada svoje VAT ID, tak vsetko prebehne OK. Ale ak nahodou najskor zada svoje VAT ID (s preklepom) a az nasledne zmeni krajinu na spravnu volbu a doplni ostatne fakturacne udaje, tak kosik ho upozorni az ked sa dostane na posledny krok a chce odoslat objednavku. Az vtedy vyhodi chybu, ze napr VAT ID je neplatne a musi udaje vyplnit znova a tento raz spravne.

Na teraz to ale neriesim dalej, lebo som presiel na iny plugin, kde kontrola formatu a overenie cez VIES funguje v realnom case a v prehlade objednavky v admine vidim aj IP a datum overenia VAT ID aj s identifikatorom od VIES, ktory sa da pouzit aj ako dokaz pri pripadnej danovej kontrole (jedna sa o https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-eu-vat-assistant/)

maly update…vypnutie a zapnutie Enable VAT exemption for valid EU VAT numbers v nastaveniach Kybernautu zafungovalo a teraz aspoň odrátalo DPH pri AT firme. Ale v?imol som si, ?e aj ke? je nastavenie zapnuté a zákazník po?as Checkoutu zmení napr. krajinu a znova zadá svoje VAT ID, tak systém u? DPH neodráta, alebo musí sa dosta? a? na posledny krok na odoslanie objednávky a a? vtedy plugin vyhodí chybové hlásenie, ?e VAT je neplatné.

Rovnako si stále nie som isty oh?adom overovania vo VIES. Je nejaká mo?nos?, aby do objednávky vlo?ilo nejaké potvrdenie o kontrole VAT ako to robia napr iné pluginy, ktoré validujú cez VIES?

It seems that the old DPD tracking link in Slovakia is working only with old shipments and not with the new ones.

Thank you. Glad to hear that. Reason for asking is that I have used a different feed plugin until now and they are apparently not compatible with HPOS (not sure what data a product feed plugin has to touch that is stored in the orders)

I have managed to find the problem myself

Step one, disabled all plugins except security and the theme. Still the variation bundles were not working.

Step two used various themes – some have worked some have not.

Common problem of the non-working themes was, they all used AJAX add to cart button.

If AJAX was disabled, then the plugin started to work again.

It would be great if the developer has added support for themes that use AJAX add to cart buttons.

that is sad. Then I have to look for another plugin that does support it.

Having the same problem. It would be great if Wordfence would work on integrating Hcaptcha as reCaptcha is a no-go solution for anyone who value privacy. using recaptcha is also illegal in many EU countries as the website owner must first collect user consent before the web can use recaptcha service. Naturally if anyone with malicious intent simply refuses analytics cookie, the recaptcha service may not be started and then it makes no sense to use it. Please Wordfence team, work on this

unfortunately the problem is occuring once again and the system is constantly sending out multiple copies of the same order receipt email to customer and the admin. I think it should be investigated further. Disabling the new checkout experience helped, however that is not a solution, but just a workaround.

found a related issue reported on GitHub, therefore I would like you to test with the previous version of the plugin and let us know if you still face the issue. Here is its download link:

in fact, it is working now, but with an exactly opposite approach. I have updated the plugin and left the new checkout experience active as it was before. Now new orders are coming in correctly with single email per order as it is supposed to be

here is the status report and the log from the test order in debug mode including order cancellation and refund of the test order.

However now I only got a single admin email about order receipt and a single customer email about order receipt.

But so far every time a customer places an order with real payment, he always gets two identical emails and the same goes for admin notifications.

feel free to get in touch via the contact on my website. Honestly I am looking for a way to NOT use composite products anymore as it is way too cumbersome and customers often abandon product pages because it is too complicated and it does not even have any proper way to show the availability of the composite as a whole.

What I have found as a solution is to simply manage my whole inventory via my external invoicing/warehousing software. It supports bundles and I can see right away how many possible combinations of various bundles are available to be assembled from the local stock. Then I will just create a completely normal variable product on my website with same SKUs as the bundles in my warehouse system and simply let my system sync the available quantity of the “local” bundles with my website. Then I will not have any need for composite or bundle plugins on my web anymore (I do not use any other bundle feature like assemble your own bundle). Variable products are way better supported by all themes and other plugins and customers will have a much nicer product pages available, so the conversion should improve (I believe and hope).
