    Hi,

By the way, I just notice there are JavaScript errors on your webpage. https://i.ibb.co/WnDj9dC/Screen-Shot-2022-06-25-at-2-04-19-AM.png

You may want to contact the relevant support for help in fixing your JavaScript error. As it is known that a JavaScript error will break other features that depends on Javascript to work.

Our lead form is powered by JavaScript, perhaps it will work after your JavaScript errors are fixed.

As for reCaptcha v2, please use the visible tickbox option, as I do not remember our developer working with invisible V2.

    Thank you

    Hi,

So I’m still stuck at this level without a solution.

I am sorry, but at the moment, I do not have a solution for you, as I can only troubleshoot by looking at your webpage source and not able to go in depth.

I can only suggest you to troubleshoot using the health check plugin, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Enable only Projectopia core for troubleshooting and a WordPress default theme.

Now I was wondering if buying and activating the bug detector addon or I don’t know what you call it, could help you to know more? If so, if no solution is found, do you guarantee me a refund of my purchase?

With reference to WordPress forum guidelines, I am sorry but we are not allow to discuss about our premium add-ons or service in this forum. https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

    Thank you

    Hi,

I have taken a look at your form’s webpage source code.
If I am not wrong, you have enabled reCaptcha for your form.

But I am not seeing the reCaptcha v2 tickbox on your webpage.
This is what you should see on your form. https://i.ibb.co/st0pTJs/Screen-Shot-2022-06-24-at-5-13-33-PM.png

    1) Please check that you are using reCaptcha v2

    2) Please check that your reCaptcha API keys are correct

    3) NOTE: Please check that it is not in conflict with your theme. I am using WordPress Twenty Twenty one theme and it is working properly for me. You can try out with WordPress Twenty Twenty one theme and see if it’s a theme issue.

    4) I am also seeing cache content on your form’s webpage. Please do not cache your form and do not cache any Projectopia generated page.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I would like to setup projectopia for my client, but I want to restrict their admin access. For example, can my client be given front end admin rights (add new projects, assign tasks, see reports etc), but not see the backend with wordpress admin + upgrade projectopia, etc?

This is not possible. You will have to hire a developer to custom code it for you.

but the projectopia name and WordPress logo still show on the projectopia dashboard.

You can upload your own company logo.
Please go to Settings -> Your Company -> Company logo
Please go to Settings -> Client Dashboard -> Dashboard logo

There is no option to remove the WordPress logo. You will have to hire a developer to remove it for you.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you very much for reporting this issue. We have not experience this before, but we will certainly investigate this.

At the moment, if you are using any cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and please also clear your browser history, before accessing again.

If you are still having issue, please access your web server via FTP and delete projectopia-core from your wp-content/plugins folder.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

    1) Please check whether your email notifications are trapped in your desktop email application’s spam folder.

    2) Please go to Projectopia -> Settings -> Your Company, please ensure all email address you have entered for Sales Email, Accounts Email, Support Email and Outgoing Email BCC Address contains your domain name.
If not, your recipient email server will block it as spam. In the case of Gmail, it will drop your email silently and prevent your email from reaching your inbox.

    3) Please check whether you are able to receive an email notification if you try and reset your WordPress password.
If not, this is very likely that your web server is not set to send email.
In this case, you will need to use an SMTP mail plugin such as the following plugin, to setup email sending via SMTP ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ )
Do not enable the “Force From Email” option in WP mail SMTP plugin.

    4) If you are very sure that there is no problem with email sending, Please try using an email error logging plugin such as the following plugin and see if you are able to log any mail related error message ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/display-wp-mail-error-messages/ )

    Thank you
