Thank you for contacting us.
Please check your browser console to see if there are any errors there and share the results with me.
Also try another template and check if it’s working fine. I think there is a general issue here and it’s probably not specific to the before/after element.
@minamt
Hi, I hope you are doing fine.Can you please send your exported zip file here? I will check and report back to you with more details.
Hi, @itdpbrasil
Thank you for the follow-up.
Our development team investigated your slider and has fixed it for you. It was an unexpected problem and somehow an element was deleted from your slider but still expected to be present in it. That caused the slider to crash. You can download and import the fixed version of your slider from the following Google Drive link:

Here is how to export/import your slider:
We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Depicter but if you let us help you I am sure you will be happy with the result
Could you please provide more details about the issue so we can resolve this? Our support team is ready to assist you.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us.
I’ve taken a look at your website, and it seems that the main Depicter style file isn’t loading on your page for some reason.
It’s possible something unexpected happened during your website migration. To be sure, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Depicter. If the problem persists, go to the ‘Settings’ menu under Depicter and check the box that says ‘Load assets on all pages’, then check again.
Please let me know how it goes.
Hi,
I hope you are doing fine.
Generally, an HTTP 403 error means that there is a permission issue caused by a plugin or service on your website.
If you have the WordFence plugin then this guideline will help you resolve the problem:
https://docs.depicter.com/article/262-403-error
If not, please enable the debug mode and send me the error log file that you receive when the error happens:
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I checked your page and it seems that the Depicter is not active on your website. Can you please check that?
Regarding the problem that you mentioned, generally a JS error can interfere with the functionality of the slider and that could be because of a third-party plugin conflict or something like that.
Please activate the Depicter and I will check your page for more details. Also please check our guidelines for troubleshooting this kind of issue:
@minamt
Sorry for the delay but I asked our dev team and they found the issue.
the table for Depicter has not generated based on the report, so the only thing you need to do is deactivate the Depicter plugin and reactivate it again.
Kind Regards@lind22 ,
