RSS won’t help because I only would like to embed one artice and not the whole stream

You are looking at the wrong place. Not plugins, but settings, which is lower on the left side (in German Einstellungen)

Just click Settings –> post notifications

then you should have on the right upper side a row with various terms (info – adresses -etc.)

One is adress export

Go to the Plugin on the left side of your dashboard. There is a special section for listing and exporting the subscribers

I would also like to have smaller Thumbnails to bing 5 related posts in a row instead of 3

I did not found out how to achieve this.
