Hi gegenmike,

you can format the content of the markers in settings/formatting/maps.
With the placeholder #_LOCATIONNEXTEVENTS you get clickable links and you can add all other content you want.

For example:
#_LOCATIONNEXTEVENTS#_LOCATIONNAME
#_LOCATIONADDRESS
#_LOCATIONTOWN

back from holiday I have tested with theme Twentyfifteen like you recommended.

I have deactivated all plugins except:
– Event manager
– Ultimate short code (for the tabs)

Without any success.

in maintenance mode I have switched to “Twenty Fifteen”.
The map didn’t load. Then I have changed my tab-plugin, “Ultimate short code”, to “Tabby” but the map still didn’t load.
I get only the small map in the upper left corner.

My site is a normal WordPress installation with a free theme.
I have used Terrifico:

yes, I have disabled all plugins but the map still didn’t load.
The default theme I can’t try, because the theme is to different from my theme. I would have to make to much changes on a online web-page.

I think, the theme is not the reason for my problem.

If you click on the google-map-link in the lower left corner, all attributes, generatet by events-manager are in the command line. (Except the markers)

For the correct maps it is:
https://www.google.com/maps?ll=50.211444,9.5796&z=6&t=m&hl=de&gl=US&mapclient=apiv3

For the incorrect map it is:
https://www.google.com/maps?ll=50.211444,9.5796&z=0&t=m&hl=de&gl=US&mapclient=apiv3

The only difference is the zoom factor.

If I switch to the covered third tab, before the loading of the page is finished, the map is displayed fine.
If I switch after loading is complete, a shrinked map is with zoom factor 0 in the upper left corner.

I have no idea, why???

In the meantime I have changed the (example) page. I have removed the tab with the map. Instead I have installed an image with a link to a separate page with only one tab. Thats not so elegant, but it works.

I found, that the map loads correct, if I load the page again and if I click on the tab with the map befor loading is complete.
(third tab on the example-page)

If I put the shortcode on the first (visible) tab everyting is fine.

It seems, google map is not compatible with pages with tabs.

Do you have any idea to solve the problem?

in the meantime I have found a similar thread and that works fine. But I have to write the code for each custom attribut. Is there a way to modify the code to a general function for all custom attributes.
The function should replace the attribute name by it self.
That must be possible, because I call the function with the attribute name f.e. {has_att_name}.

A second question: Is it possible to write the code in an user_function.php which is not deleted with each plugin update?

though it’s impossible, because the second installation is a copy of the first one, I have deactivated some plugins.
And…. with success.

Page Builder of Site Origin has been the reason.

I can live with it. If I want to duplicate some Events I deactivate Page Builder.

It has been a ‘user-problem’.
I had installed a second tab-plugin.
After disabling, everyting is fine!

I have the same problem and I added the CSS code to the following CSS files:

theme style.css
squelch-tabs-and-accordion.css
jquery-ui-classic.css
jquery-ui-fresh.css

without any success.

How did you fix the problem?
