Ok, the contact info given on the screenshot found is not real. No file inside the theme and its plugin conains any contact info.

I understand that you keep the contact information private.

However, maybe you could be so kind to contact the developer on our behalf and ask if he/she would be willing to get in touch with us?

You are a genius! The readme is gone, but I found a sample screenshot, which seems to indicate the developer is in Jaipur. Let us hope his phone works. Will call him in a few hours and find out.
