  • Hi there Hari,

I’ve got a similar question. In categories and blog posts I’d like to remove the banner altogether. Can you help me what that?

^ you might have to copy and past that into your browser. An unrelated issue (I think) is why the url has an “#!” before the crumbs.

I’m having a similar problem only the whole form is not working. When I’m “previewing” the page with the scheduling form on it, it looks great just like it’s suppose to. But when I publish it then visit the site, it’s like it compresses and becomes bullet points and the pull down menus don’t work and I can’t select anything.

I’m thinking of purchasing the pro version, but I want to make sure the plugin is actually going to work first.

Dallas, I would like to do more or less exactly what Elukka did. I have a dedicated support page for my clients and only want lively chat to appear there because they need to be logged in (i.e. a paying customer) to receive the support.

Unfortunately I’m just beginning to learn PHP and wonder if you might explain the process of putting that code into the page I want. That might be too much to ask, but if you can I’d really appreciate it.

By the way, I explored a whole variety of chat support plugins and, in my opinion, yours is the best. Thank you! Looking forward to that update I read you mention in other threads. Keep up the good work. ??

I sat at my computer today (a Mac) while testing the plug-in because I want to make chat support available for my startup soon. A coworker had a recent version of IE on her computer (Windows). So I opened the chat on both machines (to see how multiple chats are handled). Here’s how it went for me:

In terms of Safari, no problem. Every message was sent and received and responded to just find.

In terms of IE, problem. For me, the first message I sent from the IE browser went through. I then responded from the backend on my Mac and noticed that my reply never turned up on the IE browser even though it said it went through from the back end. So I sent a second message from the IE machine and it just showed the loading dots as if it was trying to send, but not able. No message showed up on the back end. I then sent a second reply from the back end and again, nothing showed up from the IE browser even though, from the back end perspective the message went through.

This could be a problem, obviously, as from the clients perspective the IT support is simply ignoring their request for help. From the support perspective, they’ve offered help and not received a response in reply. Let me know if you solve this glitch. Thanks.

Hey Cymre, I had the same problem. Read this thread and found no answers. Then I played around and found it. Hopefully this will be of some help.

Like the people above, I tried to find some sort of link for Jetpack on the Stats page, but none could be found.

But then I discovered at the top of the Plugin page a banner that invited me to install Jetpack. I did and then it I was able to get my Annual Report.

    Try that out.

My blog is: https://covenantoflove.net and the report can now be seen (just went up).
