    Thanks for info but as I said in my post the database does not show in filezilla or phpmyadmin. I’m thinking this is something the security plugin has caused to happen. If I could disable the plugin I’m sure I could fix the password issue but need to get access.

    Your story is exactly the same as my issues with 123-reg. Now my site is in the root directory but I get the error message every time the server is busy. 123-reg have passed issue back to me continually for over a month. I have researched this and the issue is 123-reg servers can’t cope with WordPress 100% of the time. A mute point as their sale blog does not mention this fact.
