I really think this plugin has great potential and would be well worth the price, however since I have not heard back I am assuming this is an issue that is not fixable on my end.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m not for sure what properly configured IP settings would mean. I see “IP Detection” in the settings. I see my IP listed and use REMOTE_ADDR is selected. But if I am using a VPN and I different browser wouldn’t my IP address be detected as different?

I was not logged in on the browsers I were using. And the one test I did on my mobile phone.
Willing to try any suggestions.

Yes, I watched that video before making my post. As far as I could tell I did not see in the video how to mark the task as completed. If it is in there could you tell me the time stamp? I could be just looking over it.

It looks like we may have figured it out.
For some reason it was using an old Stripe key, which worked up until a few days ago.

Boom! That did it. I can’t believe it was something as simple as that.

This is the first time I have tried using the plugin.
I’ll try to create a new room and see what happens.
If that doesn’t work I’ll email you my creds.
Would you need login to the WordPress site or to the actual server?

I just tried again but received the same error.
Is there anything in particular you want me to edit about the room?

I am using the short code on a WordPress page. I have tried various settings. Currently I have a page set to not require a password but I have tried it with a password also. When I enter a user name and click “join” I get a pink error message right above the user name. There is no other message. Here is a link to the page.

The platform, regardless if it works well or not, is pretty much useless to us without the source code. I only have a few more days to request a refund so I hope I can hear from support sometime soon.
