Amazing reply – thank you – you have given me the info I needed. The site currently does collect the DIN number and the owner needs to manually verify the info. He was hoping to streamline the process. I really appreciate your checking this all out. (to be honest I really do not want to do this project for this particular client so now I won’t have to!)

I figured out what I need to do is somehow link the ship to address to the online database so it automatically completes the information to that of the Incarcerated Lookup Database. If I an get an API for that website does anyone know what plug in might work for this or can you recommend a plugin creator that could be hired to do the custom programming?

Thanks for your replies. This client is a bit difficult to work with but your comments will help me in the next conversation with him. I realize I need to know more about this but wanted to see if there is any hope of doing this for him. I can’t do “serious custom coding” and I thought might be what is required because I have a feeling this won’t fit any “normal” mold. I will be talking to him tomorrow and hopefully get a better understanding. Then I will see about a woocommerce forum.

Great that is a start. Once I have the API (if available and I believe it is) what do I do with it? Totally new to the concept of doing this.

Thank you Dani for explaining so that I got it this time. I did not see the setting within the email itself but found it and sure enough the old address was there! Have updated that so fingers crossed.

This continues to be a problem. I have completly removed the address that is referenced in the strange sending address so now the account only has calvarypresbychurch.org as a sender. I did this then sent a test newsletter to a “test” group which is only me and the newsletter editor and it appeared that it had cleared up and that the errant address was gone but still every week when the newsletter is sent out to the full list it is being sent from [email protected]. Again this designbysue has been complete removed from the mailpoet account. The return address is showing up correctly. How can I get this corrected? Please help.

Yes and I set it up in sandbox mode and used the log in ID and code from my sandbox email. I still get “)”User authentication failed due to invalid authorization values.” I will pay for help to get this done. Please can I get some help from the developer. I know this plugin will work with my subscription plug in – but I need to get it functioning before that can happen. I am totally blocked at this point. Please how can I get assistance setting this up?

I had to disable it because I could not get authorize.net to allow charges to work in the test mode. Kept saying “User authorization failed due to invalid authorization code’”. I could not leave it enabled as that would have just confused the customers. Please reread my first post as that should explain the issue. Is there any direct assistance with this plug in and connecting to authorixe.net. I am sure I put in all of the correct info.

Please can I get some help installing this plugin. I have to switch to it but can’t get it to connect to authorize.net.

The plugin support confirms that your plugin is required for their’s to work. I currently use Authorize.net?Payment Gateway for WooCommerce. (Author:?Eshan Varma) and it is working fine. If I change to your plugin and end the use of the one currently being used, will the site work as it has? Is there anything I need to be aware of to switch from one autorize.net plug in to another? (trying to avoid any issues!)

I keep trying to verify the calvarypresbychurch.org email address by adding it to the authorize page on mail poet but I don’t get an email to confirm. The address on calvarypresbychurch.org is a forwarder not a full account, could that be causing a problem?

Further complicating this is my address ***@designbysue.com is a verified address because the account was originally set up with that address.

However at the top of the authorization page there is a statement “All emails from your sender domains (calvarypresbychurch.org) are automatically authorized”. Yet it seems the designbysue.com address is complicating the process.

I don’t want to remove (if even possible) the designbysue.com address because then there won’t be any verified address (because I can’t verify the calvary address) and I a afraid the newsletters will not go out.

This worked perfectly before I added Dmarc to my server for the calvary site.

Please help me get this cleared up because with the strange from address as described in my original post some of the subscribers newsletters are being sent to their junk folders.
