Like username which cannot be changed is it possible to make these extra fields not-editable by users and still display them. I mean is it lot of work or with a bit of tweaking can be done?

But I think I missed something and not been able to clearly state what is my problem.

Yes, the links in the widget works perfectly fine. It opens the page it is linked to.
But somewhere in the back of it all say for example tags page or tags permalinks, these links get appended.
For eg a tag link should be:
https://www.arthkaam.com/tag/non-food-manufactured-product-prices/
but it is not and it becomes:
https://www.arthkaam.com/tag/non-food-manufactured-product-prices/www.arthkaam.com/register-with-arthkaam/
the link https://www.arthkaam.com/register-with-arthkaam/
gets appended.
when google bot crawls certainly this kind of link throws 404 errors.
Hope I am clear this time.
I have no clue how these links get appended to other post permalinks.

Here is the the image of the widget where links are giving me trouble.
The second link subscribe by email (feedburner link) does not get appended to any other link!??

Google webmaster gives me these kind of ‘not found’ links:

I don’t know how to check these on my site but webmaster and broken link check sites shows these errors.
thousands of these errors. I fixed few links thinking I had made a href ” mistakes but today I found these new ones added.
I would say 70% to 80% errors are with tag links. I have tags in Hindi as well as in English.
It is happening since April and I have these new plugins installed since:
Sociable
Wp super cache
Wp-membership
Google Analyticator

I have used the text widget below header earlier too without a problem.

Even with https:// appended it was giving errors. Just 2/3 days ago I removed https:// thinking it may be causing the problem. I am putting it back but I really think that is not causing the problem.
