lady, i do not understand your bitterness “Not sure why that was so hard to locate”. i really do not care for it and if you cannot be more helpful than your post, please do not comment.

i did look a the website and i have made changes, but it still does not function exactly how i want it to nor as the site suggests. i can live with the way it is now, but maybe someone who understands this theme can offer a hand and maybe lead me in the right direction.

yosemite, if it does, i was not successful in locating it.

i will continue to look.

anybody currently using this theme and have a possible solution?

ROK: okay … I better understand the “FREE” part in your above posts.

I guess that would be a good solution for maybe a personal site or a test site. The only thing to consider if you were to go this route, and this only comes from my personal experience, you cannot do too much complaining if your services seem slow or hiccups happen – cause you are getting the web storage FREE in the first place.

Rok: it would be intersting to really see if the service is FREE. i mean, you say the domain and hosting are free, i am not debating that, but i would like to see if after a a couple months who actually “owns” the domain that you registered through them if you decide to move to another hosting service. i bet you there are some fine details that need clarification. if it were me, i would want full rights to my domain and if they offer it for free there has to be a catch somewhere.

BEWARE:

usually with FREE hosts, you cannot do much or any customization to your blog. so, you might be stuck with what they offer in terms of themes and not be able to change theirs out with one that get modified or is a new release found at “themes.wordpress.net”

yeah, it is rare that hosts also service installation of any PHP applications. some will make them available to you or say they suppot them, but as far as installing them – this is your responsibility.

all seem to be working here …

if you have a problem .. consult your web host .. or clear your cache …

you can uninstall the plugin by FTP’ing ino the website and deleting it there from the plugins folder … this should do the trick for you.

you do have FTP access?

it looks like you have a sidebar with this theme.

did you look at the code in the sidebar.php file .. locate the section, usually contains the word “META” … you will find it there …

it depends on the theme you are using .. if you give us a link we might be able to better assit you ..

most times .. the META is located in the “sidebar.php” file .. and look closer to the end of the php code …

the code that you got from StatCunter.com will need to inputted into the PHP code for the pages you want to keep tabs on. So, it looks like maybe you “index.php” and other pages …

It would work best to place it at the bottom of the PHP file so it does not mess with anything else.

I could be wrong, but I know I used the above approach in regular HTML files of sites that I have created or assisted with. Should be the same for WP too.
