But when I click on edit for an existing one, nothing happens. What can I do? I recently updated my WordPress to 5.5.3 and I am using DIVI as my theme.

In reply to: worpress dashboard bar on the live site when logged inThere is a setting in your user profile that you can select to show that. Its under “toolbar.” Check that and see if the box is checked, if its not then check it and that should make it show up.
I did a second backup without changing anything (leaving it as tar extension) and this time it backed up fine without any errors. So it seems the issue is backing it up with zip extension selected. I am currently set to 25 seconds on Execution time and Medium for server load. I changed the extension back to zip to see if that helped. So after I changed it back to zip I tried to do another backup. This time is said the job was done with zero errors so I checked my dropbox and nothing was there so I went back to the screen and tried to run the job again. This time it started off right at the “trying to create backup archive” spot and it had a warning of “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.” Then 4 minutes later it uploaded and said the job was done again. I checked my dropbox and was able to download it and open it just fine.
So I’m wondering if the reason I couldn’t open the other backups is because they never finished even though they said the job was done. There must have been something there that prevented the file from actually finishing properly and maybe that caused the error/corruption? If so, how do I avoid this when I have it to set to auto backups?
I switched the extension to tar.gzip and that one opened just fine. I did get an error for that one called “WARNING: Signal “SIGTERM” (Termination signal) is sent to script!” but the job finished and I was able to open it. Why would the tar.gzip open but not the regular zip?
I am not using Windows. I am using a Mac. I manage several other websites as well and use BackWPup and those all open fine with stuffit or the default MAC zip opener. Why would the rest open but this one website’s backup will not? Aren’t winrar for 7zip for windows machines?
This person @duongcuong96 took over my post, that was not me. I am still getting errors on my backups. It won’t get past 83% on compressing zip archive then times out and doesn’t finish. I already changed the reduce server load to maximum.

In reply to: Notification Emails not being sent to adminNo, nothing is sending out email notifications. I just wanted to list that there are 2 domains even though they are independent of each other. Domain A is hosted but no email is set up. Domain B is not hosted, only redirected to domain A, but email is set up and hosted elsewhere. So domain B has dns pointed to bluehost but mx records pointed elsewhere. I’m not sure if domain B is causing any of this. Or if its because no email is set up on domain A. What should the mail settings be on my hosting account? And where should I check email settings? Also, the email that I have set up to receive admin notifications is a gmail email. So its not even part of domain A or B.

And I added in the ‘create_shop_coupons’ and the ‘create_shop_orders’ to the shop manager role. I also allowed them to create posts and pages and publish posts but its still not allowing my Shop Manager role to create coupons or orders.

1) Yes, some of those were offline donations. I used both when I first created to form to see how they both worked.
2) I used the stripe gateway for both the $10 payment and the $1 payment that I made once the form was off test mode. It is possible that while I deleted the test transactions etc. that I deleted the live $10 payment. That’s why I made another $1 payment to test it again and that one showed up. So that’s why now I need to manually add in the $10 payment so it matches the stripe account. I believe that since my $1 payment showed up that maybe that was user error on my part but I am not 100% sure.

That didn’t work. Also, wouldn’t that put it above the area that says “personal details”? I would like it in the personal details area but just right above the name.
