@devin, also forgot to mention that the issue was with the documentation loading on Firefox. I tried it on Chrome after that and it was fine.

Thanks for the reply @devin, is there a way to add the donor scroll with some custom coding? Is there anything you can direct me to so I can do that? Also would like to be pointed to anything that might help me do the custom query for the Bethlehem theme. Or if I can purchase the theme then I would be fine doing that as well. Please advise.

I figured it out. I had to go into the settings of the plugin and edit the folder there.

So the plugin is helping and they are showing up in the database. Which is a good thing right? I’m assuming that means the plugin is working? I’m not sure what to do from here though.

I’m going to install that plugin. Thanks for that tip. The interesting part is that now I am getting mobile emails. But I am not getting emails from @yahoo and @gmail addresses that are being sent from any device. What could be the reason for that?

I did that but then it doesn’t show the video correctly when it’s resized to a tablet or phone. So that won’t work. I also tried the disproportionately option but that won’t work. I never had this problem before when I was on an older version of wordpress so I’m wondering if it has something to do with that?

Thanks for your help. I actually contacted my host and they were able to find the problem with the object-cache.php file. Once they re-named it then the site started working again. Here is also an article that was helpful: https://wpguide.org/fix-no-update-required/

It really depends on your theme. The area that controls the header would be the place you want to look. It could be in the files or you might be able to find it in the dashboard.

That is what I followed to place wordpress in its own directory. Am I missing something? Which part are you referring to?

Also, if you look at my other 2 form pages, my footer appears but on the request a quote form, the footer does not appear. They are set up the exact same way.
