Thank you, this did help months ago. For some reason, the background of each widget title has disappeared and now its just displayed the title with no background.

How do I change the background color of the side widget titles?

I figured out how to change the color of my sidebar widget 2 months ago, all of a sudden the grey is back. I have tried everything.

Can someone tell me how to change it back to white? I can edit the style.css. Also.. Why did it change? Does it remove your changes if you update the theme?

On certain pages there are also two boxes for place advert here, so I would need to remove that as well

I actually have one more question.
On the [Twist of Ten] theme, on top of my header says “PLACE ADVERT HERE” (450 x 100) …. WHAT IS THAT!??? And how do I remove it

No, unfortunately not yet. I have made sure I did the quick edit for each one. They’re all selected to display comments.

You see a comment box at the end of the post? Because I don’t ??
There is a ‘Leave A Reply’ link under the title of my post before the post content starts. That’s not where I would like it to be located. I would like it at the end of my post.
How do I go about fixing that? Or moving it, I should say,

No I am not using a child theme. I’ve been reading about it and I’m still new to this so I wasn’t sure what I should do.
