Hi @tanjasue, sorry to hear that you’ve encountered the same issue!
For me, the problem was due to a redirect rule that was set up on my WP host platform. The redirect was modifying the AJAX request URL when attempting to update/create an FAQ article, thus the block editor was throwing the “Not a valid JSON response” error.
Might I suggest reviewing your site’s redirect rules, especially just in case any involve the URL substring ‘faq’?
If that wasn’t the root of the issue, please try and see if any firewalls/security softwares installed that are blocking the AJAX request?
