I found that you can get around it by typing gibberish into the media library search box so that it can’t find a file. That brings up “No items found. Drop files to upload” and the “select files” button.

The plugin has apparently been abandoned. There have been no updates and the author isn’t answering support questions.

If you scroll through the support threads, you’ll find that support questions have not been answered and the plugin hasn’t been updated in quite some time. It appears that the plugin has been abandoned by its author. You’ll also find fixes and work-arounds for some problems. I’m Recreating my taxonomies in Media Library Folders as I type this.

It appears the the developer has abandoned the plugin. I get around the upload problem by typing gibberish into the search box. Then I can drag and drop or upload into the ‘npt found’ box. If you aren’t too reliant on it, you probably want to replace it.

It is a little confusing at first but I think that’s Woo’s product page layout more than this plugin.

I selected #10 for this and it put it right next to the add to cart button. I wanted it below it, just above the size chart plugin’s button, so I copied the text, clicked “remove” to delete it. No problem. After a few weeks of doing what @veritatissplendor is/was doing, I made a typo and “tada!” the there was the button.

I found a way around the problem. If you type random characters into the search box so that you get “no items found,” it also give you a “select files” button or you can drag and drop images right into that window. It’s still an extra step but it’s more efficient than uploading to the gallery and refreshing the page

Yeah, they sent me a link showing me how to do the update – really simple stuff that had nothing to do with the issue. PHP isn’t my thing but my guess is that it needs an if exists check because there’s a null value returned?

I have no other shipping methods so I didn’t test that functionality but it’s supposed to only hide the others if you’re doing free shipping on a particular product so it should work for your application. I’d try it on your staging site.
