How to set read more button in home page ? for every post

i found that…. that is in css, custom loop section , just changing the width from 50 to 100 will change like as i want…

But i need same size of the feautured content image in hueman home page. it must be a CSS setting i think ,

u can see in the first row there is only one post content with big feautured image shown..

but in second row there r two post contents, with small feautured image shown…

i need to get the second and third like the first… see the snap in the link below and help me to do that
