This is strange, we have multile ways to insert popup to the page
1. Via shortcode [ypm_popup id=”1″] where 1 is. the popup id
2. Via display rules https://ibb.co/PztHgnR see the attached screenshot

Could you please give more details about your issue, and we will help you in a few seconds insert a popup to your page

You should to do that manually, we have insert popup via PHP just copy and past your theme index.php
