The option of async go to disturb this file:

“wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/bauhaus/default/style.css”

(i see in google page speed)

try to exlude this from async and shoud be load correct.

can you explain me how to exclude one plugin from the script on the footer? xD

in google pagespeed i solve the warningg above the fold content in the desktop version

but the warning in mobile still remain.
