It may be of modest interest for you to know that I was sent here at the explicit direction of the JetPack Virtual Assistant.

I told the assistant that I did not expect any substantive help in reply to my post.

And indeed I was simply dismissed back to JetPack which is not an uncommon occurrence.

I forgot to mention that you are correct that I am a Premium Member of WordPress and that they do offer “Support.”

But this “Support” regarding the Optimization is quite limited.

You see WordPress Support always falls back upon their assertion that they will comment on so-called “Third Party Plugins” which are often instrumental in diminished performance on WordPress sites.

This is yet another reason for seeking support at this forum which I was originally advised to contact by JetPack Support.

But, alas, apparently the JetPack suggestion has proved to be quite vacuous.

I recently upgraded my JetPack Subscription.

As you may or may not know JetPack is affiliated with WordPress and my Premium WordPress Subscription.

In speaking online with JetPack Support, it is JetPack Support who explicitly suggested I come here for assistance with the optimization of my site.

It is unfortunate upon simply following their advice that I have been dismissed my my inquiry closed without discussion.

I am only a subscriber but it may be advisable for WordPress, JetPack, and www.ads-software.com to coordinate their roles in dealing with subscribers who are in good faith simply seeking help.

I will be cancelling my upgraded membership with JetPack and use more caution in asking for assistance here.

You are profoundly blessed to possess an advance knowledge on all things WordPress.

But for us Senior Citizens who grew up in an age absent the internet and possess an infinitely lower threshold of knowledge than yourself it is quite hurtful to simply be dismissed out of hand.

After all, what harm would be done in allowing viewers of my inquiry to offer their guidance?

I only came here at the suggestion of the JetPack Virtual Assisted and posted what I was told to post.

Apparently the JetPack Virtual assistant is clearly not ready for Prime Time and only achieved in making the JetPack, www.ads-software.com experience maddeningly frustrating.

I will reach out to the link provided above but I am not optimistic regarding the upcoming experience.

I am a novice with FTP client or Hosting File Manager including how to navigate to /wp-content or to create a file named advanced-cache.php and set permissions to 644.

I would need step-by-step instructions in order to do so.

As an alternative, would it work if I used the Code Snippet Plugin to enter this code:

Using the link you kindly provided I have placed the AdSense Code on my site in the form of a Widget.

Will this conflict with the Site Kit Code.

I am working with WP Support on why my Jet Pack Scores change so much for the better when Site Kit is deactivated.

If not using Site Kit,  how do I place the AdSense code on my site?

I have relayed the essence of our communication to WordPress and reached out to them for assistance in resolving this issue.

Doesn’t Ads.txt Manager enter the AdSense Code to my site?

2-3 times I have deactivated Site Kit.

Each time my JetPack Desktop Score has improved significantly.

Concerning is that concurrently my income from AdSense falls to mere pennies a day from a few dollars a day when Site Kit is deactivated?

Can I deactivate Site Kit without damaging my AdSense income?

I could always reactivate it momentarily to review its valuable statistics.
