The Delivery Fees for WooCommerce plugin does not have driver ratings. You may be referring to our [Delivery Drivers for WooCommerce](https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/delivery-drivers-for-woocommerce) plugin.

I haven’t been able to replicate the issue, and the function name “add_dfwc_shipping_method” is only declared 1 time in the plugin (on line 82 of the mentioned file).

Can you verify if this issue occurs without any other plugins activated except WooCommerce and DFWC?

Thanks for your patience while it took me this long to respond. I have been looking into this but am not seeing the pop-up not working on a few different servers I set up to test on.

Can you check to see if you have the age-verification cookie set?

This can usually be seen in Chrome by right-click & Inspect, then clicking the Application tab.

If you see the age-verification cookie, please remove it and re-check the website for the popup.

By default, the cookie saves itself for 30 days and in the Age Verification Pro plugin there’s options in the customizer to change the amount of days it saves, and you can turn off the cookie entirely for testing purposes.

What do you see when you check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Also, if you enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and any errors that show up after you do this will be logged in wp-content/debug.log

Is this email not sending when you’re assigning a driver on the All Orders screen or the singular Edit Order screen?

What is your permalink structure? It may be an issue with the driver dashboard URL link when permalinks are the default option.

Knowing your permalink structure will help me better assess the problem and find a solution for you if one is available.
