Hi @christopheran,
Thanks for reaching out!
I consulted with our developers and they let me know you can try inserting this code snippet:
define('MONSTERINSIGHTS_DISABLE_TRACKING', true);
This way you can still connect MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics in order to view reports at Insights ? Reports, while continuing to collect data through your current tracking implementation.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!

Hi @foxhound87,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
Out of curiosity, does this error appear for you when logged into your WordPress site or when logged out? Or does it appear in both instances?
It’s possible there might be a plugin conflict. Are you able to share with me a list of your active plugins?
Thank you!

Since you are using the paid version of MonsterInsights, if you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the MonsterInsights account dashboard when you have a chance?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thank you!

Hi @dontwakeme,
Just quickly checking in as our team released a patch for an error relating to our Headline Analyzer. It’s not totally related here, but I was just wondering if you wouldn’t mind updating and letting me know if there are any changes or not.
If you continue to have issues, would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thanks!
Hi?@dontwakeme,
Thanks for the follow up. I’m sorry for the continuing trouble here.
Out of curiosity, do you have any cache running on your website? Does clearing the cache help resolve the issue? If not, that’s helpful to know so I can rule it out as a cause with our team.
In the meantime, I did a quick test on my test WordPress site and the prompt doesn’t appear when I open and close the editor, or when I open or collapse the MonsterInsights meta box, but I’m continuing to try and recreate the issue. Will share an update as soon as I’m able to.
Thank you.

If you continue to run into the same issues, are you able to provide the following details?
- WordPress version
- PHP version
- Any console errors appearing alongside that error message
Thank you!
